We're already a week into our current challenge! It's time for us to share some new inspiration with you, and, more importantly, share some of the favourites from the gallery this past week! A reminder, here is the current challenge:
Before I get to all of that, though, we have some announcements to make! Last week, I mentioned that we were changing a few things up with the design team, so I'll explain more here...
We have some exciting news! Week after week, we have *loved* one player's creations so much, that we finally decided it was time she join us officially, and be a part of our Design Team... please help us to welcome Ardyth Percy-Robb, as she joins the Festive Friday family!
Here is a little bit about Ardyth, in her own words:
I started cardmaking in 2006, at a Stampin’ Up! Party and have never looked back. Before that, I would not have claimed to be crafty or creative at all – I’m an accountant!
I started uploading cards to Splitcoaststampers in 2006 but was really a blog ‘watcher’ until I started my blog, MASKerade in January 2012. I love clean, graphic design with bold colours and lots of white space. My favourite cards are the ones where stamps are used in unexpected ways to create something completely different.
Currently, I’m a sahm to my 13 year old son and my 9 year old daughter. I also volunteer in my daughter’s school and I am the piano accompanist for two children’s choirs.
I'm so excited to be joining with these talented ladies on the Festive Friday Challenge Design Team!
We are so thrilled to have Ardyth join our team, so she can continue to inspire all of us with her beautiful designs!
Now, for another change! With the addition of a new member, we decided to split the team in two. Starting today, Sarah, Ardyth, Geri and myself will be bringing you the half-way point inspiration. That means that Melissa, Amber, Geri and myself will be giving you inspiration for every new challenge. Clear as mud? All you need to know is that there will be even more inspiration for our half-way posts, and we will continue to bring you ample inspiration to keep that Christmas card stash growing!
Alright, with the business out of the way, it's time for some Shout Outs!
Shout Outs!
We thought that Cara's woodgrain cardstock was the perfect compliment to her adorable wooden dove!
Lynn 'wowed' us with her subtle, monochromatic, beautiful design!
We loved that Kimberly used a non-traditional colour scheme, and her little foam birds accent her wreath perfectly!
Congratulations ladies! Please email Meredith at delightfulwaste@gmail.com for your blog badges!
Now, after everything I just explained about our team switch up, this week is slightly different - just to keep you on your toes! *wink*
Here is some inspiration from the Design Team:

I also have something for this week, but have camera card issues - I'll be posting on my blog by tomorrow morning!
Remember that you have until Wednesday to join this challenge. You can link up your creations in this post.
