I can't believe we're just one day away from our first challenge! I am so excited to get started, and see all your beautiful creations!
Before we officially launch, I thought I would tell you a bit about myself and where this all started. A couple of years ago, when all the dust settled after the holidays, I was burnt out! I was on a date night with my husband, and as we were talking about the stress of the recent holiday, I decided to do a weekly post on my blog dedicated to holiday projects, to keep myself accountable and on track... I hoped this would mean that I wouldn't have the mad dash at the end of the year.. and you know what? It worked! I had a such a great response from my own readers that I decided to create the challenge blog!
I live in beautiful British Columbia with my wonderful husband, where I am a stay-at-home mum to my two beautiful girls. I love to spend as much time as possible crafting, and now my girls love to join me too! I have been crafting for as long as I remember, but I fell in love with paper about 6 years ago, and never looked back!

Perfect timing/motivator as I told myself this year I was going to work on Christmas all year long so I could actually do all the wonderful Christmasy things I plan but usually don't accomplish!

It might just be what I need to get my Holidays under control!! Can't be rushed when you retire. But it seems we need to be reminded. You're right on track with a great design team and lots of fun inspiration.
